Survive first with Scavland

New to Scavland — run the first daylight loop, join Discord, then recover a backpack without donating a second kit.

Scavland wiki — the wastes

Radiation, Mist, Zalesye routes, and procedural bunkers — the Scavland wiki pages for staying alive outside the stash.

Scavland core loop — prepare · scavenge · extract

Every Scavland session funds the next raid from stash, then spends loot on guns, repairs, and trader tiers.

Scavland guide — gear and jams

Scavland guides for guns, 300+ attachments, jams, repair, and what junk is worth hauling.

Scavland factions and contracts

Ten factions, trader tiers, contracts, and the journal — standing instead of a skill tree.

Scavland quick tips

Scavland tips verified September 6, 2026.

  1. Tip 1💡

Leave the stash loaded: ammo, Gun Cleaning Oil, a gas-mask filter, and a daylight loop beat a heavier gun you cannot feed.

  2. Tip 2💡

Weapons jam more under 50% condition (wiki) — field-oil in a fight, full repair at a workbench with scrap and springs.

  3. Tip 3💡

Death drops the backpack at a recoverable marker; the safehouse stash stays 100% safe. Do not yolo the recovery run.

  4. Tip 4💡

Night visibility collapses to a short flashlight cone; unsuppressed shots ripple a long way. Prefer daylight first loops.

  5. Tip 5💡

Junk with high value density (spark plugs, lighters, springs, electrical parts) funds trader tiers faster than bulk scrap.

  6. Tip 6💡

There is no skill tree — progression is guns, plates, rubles, and faction standing that unlocks vendor stock.
